Nutrition is a big argument among health enthusiasts, doctors and religious groups. Most people defend their point of view with all their might and there’s little room for any input, without really knowing who’s really in control.
We see food as a gift from Nature and each item having a specific function. Our position is not to tell anyone what they should eat, neither criticize or judge them for their choices, but to bring awareness to the specific mental, physical and spiritual function of each one, its effects, implications, consequences and outcomes; while taken alone or combined, according to our current conditions. Once we understand that, an educated choice can be made and a decision taken beyond the walls of habit and the common belief.
